View Multiple Object and Relationship Properties
You can view the properties of more than one object or relationship at the same time. You can also view properties all objects in a structure, for example, a container or a decomposition structure, or properties for all relationships connected to an object.
Note that only the common properties are displayed in the Property List dialog box. For example, you may have a container that displays Organization and Location object types. Only the Name and Description properties will be displayed in the dialog box for these types.
- To view multiple object and relationship properties do one of the following:
- To view properties for all objects in a structure, right-click the container or the decomposition structure, point to Property List, and then click Object Structure.
- To view properties for all relationships connected to an object, right-click the object, point to Property List, and then click Connected Relationships.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
Tips:
- You can use the Property List dialog box to export and print properties.
- To view the properties for one object or relationship displayed in the dialog box, select it and then click Properties .
Alternative: In View tree, right-click the corresponding container, decomposition structure, or object, point to Property List, and then click Object Structure or Connected Relationships.
